Torres del Paine National Park is one of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world, as it has a privileged flora and fauna. This place is preferred by people who like trekking, hiking and all the experience goes around the two towers of the park, or two mountains that stand strongly in the landscape.
Both the food and the accommodation here is very expensive! so we recommend you to rent a tent in Puerto Natales or Punta Arenas (hopefully the lightest because you will have to carry it all the way) and also buy lightweight and nutritive food in advance, along with a pot or pan and the necessary stuff to cook (take with you cereal bars, rice, lentils, tuna, etc.).
It is the most recommended for people who are not used to long treks as it is shorter, you don’t have to carry with you your backpack every day (since you can leave some in campsites bases) and there is more infrastructure available. Its duration is of about 5 days.
This is a longer circuit (about 12 days) and you will have to carry you backpack between 6 and 8 hours a day, so it’s harder. In this circuit you will go through the full circle of the towers, including all the W as well. It is important to trek as light as possible, to have good treking shoes (previously softened), food and warm clothing.
